Personal Chef Service

We begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss your food preferences and nutritional needs.  We will then decide the best services for you and choose a cook date.  On your cook day, I will come to your home, spend 3-5 hours cooking in your kitchen, and leave behind a fridge filled with all of your meals.  I will label each meal, note which items are conducive to freezing, and provide heating instructions.  A menu will always be emailed to you before each cook date for your approval.
